I used a variation of the lithophane technique where I manually added the thickness on every front piece of the sign so it is as opaque as needed to be exactly as it is in the logo. I used WS2812B led strips with 144 leds per meter. The strips are wired in three different signal paths so I can lit up in different colours the letters the crown and the two vertical strips. Everything is controlled with an Arduino Mega 2560. I'm very happy with the end result and I hope you like it too!!
