Description: For the past few weeks I've been moving the robots to the new location in the workshop so they got a little brake from youtube projects. I have few bar stool designs floating around my head so with the robots move, I decided to do some wood turning.. It was probably a year ago or so since I did my last wood turning project by hand so it took me a while to get the hang of it. Fortunately I still have all my teeth and fingers :D. I started by gluing a bunch of larch leftovers from a wooden siding project we did last summer. After layers dried up, surfaces of each piece were flattened on a jointer and again glued together to a final turning piece. after turning on a lathe, I sealed the surface with three layers of polyurethane semi gloss finish with light sanding before the last coat. The whole project took me around 20 work hours over the period of four days. Don't forget to subscribe and like if you enjoyed the video!
