Description: We have damp issues in our house! Over the years of working in older properties I’ve run in to hundreds of damp issues in customers’ houses. The vast majority of the time the issues have a simple explanation and have very little to do with failed damp proof courses. The DPC in this house is 100 years old and it’s absolutely fine.
