Description: The idea behind 'Lucky 13' was to create a 13 bar Blues. There is the familiar modulation to the 4th, but there are alternative changes over three bars where a 12 bar Blues would normally feature a simple V - IV chord progression. A bit of fun with standard structures. This is one of the Graded Study Pieces from the Music College TV team.
