I'll keep you posted, but things are looking good! Last month I put an offer on a decently sized house on 4 acres but they went with a lower offer because they didn't wanna deal with a VA loan... I honestly didn't anticipate that as being a complication but, apparently, it is for some... So, like, if you're in the market for a house and are planning on using a VA loan, just keep that in mind. ANYWAY, this new house I'm looking at is SLIGHTLY bigger and about 5 miles closer to town, BUT it also has less land so I won't be able to take off and fly from my yard... which is a bummer.
