Description: As I'm currently on holiday, visiting Disney World in Florida, I thought I'd get in the holiday spirit by making some Disney themed cakes before I went away. I love Loungefly bags, and I have the Mickey Mouse Ice Cream mini backpack, so thought it would be fun to try and make a version of it out of cake.
