Description: I've been living with heart failure for the past three years and it's been quite the journey. For the most part, I keep pretty well under control. However, there are times when it does get a little out of hand. This is one of those times. I was diagnosed with Congestive Heart Failure in 2018. I've struggled with my weight back and forth since being diagnosed. Thankfully, this particular condition can still be reversed, all it takes is discipline and work. I'm gonna get there.
