Description: I did some leg stuff, smith machine only! So for anyone that has little to no gym equipment (like a hotel gym) but have a smith machine; then you can try this leg day routine 1. ️Upright Leg Press (4x10) 2. Banded Romanian Deadlifts (3x12-15): I like to add bands around my hip to activate my glutes more while doing these 3. Sumo Deadlifts (5x6): I hate doing these on here, but when you have no equipment then this will do! 4. Frog Stance to Regular Hip Thrust (3x10) 5.
