Description: Ya'll have asked for two things on my channel: 1. Fitness 2. Start Vlogging This is a mash up of those two things!! This is a very glute focused leg day video! We tried our hardest to get shots in Hollie's gym but you are not suppose to film in there so I will be doing a lot more when I get back to my home gym! I hope ya'll enjoy it! FULL WORKOUT 10 Minute Cardio Warm Up Leg Press 15 reps both legs 5 reps single leg (increase weight each set for 3 sets) Bosu Ball Single Leg Glute Bridges 15 Reps each leg (repeat for 3 sets) Kettle Bell Dead Lifts 15 reps -really squeeze at the top! (repeat for 3 Sets) Cable Kick Backs 15 Reps each leg Increase weight each set (Repeat for 3 Sets) Cable Abductor 15 Reps each leg Increase weight each set (Repeat for 3 Sets) Plie Squats 15 reps - toes are pointed outward stance slightly wider than shoulders (Repeat for 3 Sets) Hamstring Curls 15 Reps each leg (Repeat for 3 Sets) Sissy Squats 15 reps for 3 Reps and finish off with a burner *Burner is Sissy Squats until failure
