Description: This video teaches you how to make an eggless healthy wheat flour cake for those who want to avoid or allergic to flour or Maida. The main differences between this cake from a normal chocolate cake we use wheat flour instead of flour and we use brown sugar instead of white sugar. Like before, we need to pre heat our oven at 180 degrees C for about 15 mins. As always we teach you how to prepare your tin with some butter and wheat flour. Once you have a perfectly greased and dusted tin leave that aside and prepare your batter. We add all the ingredients in the batter as listed below. Make sure everything is mixed properly and you check the consistency. It should be a dropping consistency as shown in the video. The butter used should be soft. Once the batter is ready we put it in the oven and thats it. Remember to cool down your cake as shown in the video and then take it out carefully from the tin. Lastly we show you a simple icing sugar decoration. You can however decorate the cake how you like it. pls see the various decorations shown in our previous videos. Ingredients 1 cup of whole wheat flour (120gms) 2 tbspns of brown sugar.(30gms) 1 tspn baking powder (5gms) 1/2 tspn baking soda (3gms) 2 tspns vinegar (10gms) 1 tspn vanilla essence (5gms) 100 gms soft butter 200 ml condensed milk 200gms 1/2 cup of milk 1.5 tbspns of cocoa powder (10gms) 1 tbspn drinking chocolate (5gms)
