One tspn coffee 1/2 tspn of sugar and 2 tablespoons of water. Boil till a little thick . Cool For the Soaking Syrup 6 tspns of coffee , 2 tspns of sugar and 1 & half cups of water mix well. Can give it one boil . 1 tspn vanilla essence 2/3 tablespoons of cocoa powder. Method Slice the vanilla sponge into finger size pieces as demonstrated. Bake them in a preheated oven at 140/150 degrees until golden brown. Keep checking. Both top n bottom heating rods should be on. Beat the mascarpone till smooth and gradually add it the whipped cream . Make sure you have a smooth mixture. Add the coffee liqueur and vanilla essence .
