Description: In this video I turn a burl bowl with a laser etching to honor a good friend. Les Harvey and his German Shepherd Athena have been local fixtures traveling around Tulsa. He also has maintained a website for our German Shepherd walking club for over a decade. We along with the rest of the club wanted to show Les and Athena our appreciation for being such great ambassadors for the German Shepherd breed. Little did we know, at the time of recording this video, the project would take on a much deeper meaning.
