Description: All of the shells you see in this video were made by IPA (Iowa Pyrotechnics Association) members and displayed at the Boomtown 2021 event! They are not in a particular order and I might have missed some, but the video includes a fantastic variety of well-built shells from 8" all the way up to 16"!
