Description: U.S. Customs and Border Protection conduct surveillance from AIR AND MARINE OPERATIONS unmanned aircraft in the southern border with Mexico in Texas. Incident 1: On December 28, 2017, an Air and Marine Operations unmanned aircraft system (UAS) captured footage of suspected smugglers unloading packs from a white Ford pickup truck into a yellow raft near Roma, TX. Incident 2: On February 27, 2018, an Air and Marine Operations unmanned aircraft system (UAS) captured footage of a group of 25 individuals with packs near Big Bend Desert, TX. These are just 2 incidents caught on camera, however, countless more are apprehended everyday along the southern border by the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP).
