Description: KTM has launched the 2017 version of RC 200 today in India priced at Rs 1.71 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). Changes made to the bike are largely aesthetic, while subtle updates are made on the mechanical front. For a sportier look, KTM has added orange graphics on the black and white colour scheme. Besides, the pillion seat gets an additional 12mm padding for more comfort. 2017 KTM RC 200 Price in India The new 2017 KTM RC 200 has witnessed slight change in the price. While the changes made to the bike are not comprehensive on mechanical front, it now sports a new paint job and orange graphics on the body. In terms of equipment, the bike continues arming the same kit and hence the change in price is nominal. That said the new 2017 KT RC 200 price for the Indian market is INR 17,1740 (ex-showroom, Delhi). 2017 KTM RC 200 Design With respect to the changes made to the 2017 version, there is no radical change in terms of design except for styling updates that give it a vivid look. The monotone black paint job has been replaced with the dual-tone black and white colour scheme with orange graphics on the body. Based on the Duke 200, the bike borrows design inputs from the former. Front features dual projector headlamp, DRLs and a large windscreen. The bulging fuel tank is now coloured in white and works well for the brawny look. Furthermore, the steel trellis frame painted in orange enhances the visual appearance. 2017 KTM RC 200 Specification Power on the 2017 KTM RC 200 comes from the same unit that served the predecessor. The 199cc, single cylinder, liquid-cooled engine is compliant with the Euro-4 emissions. In terms of output, the engine makes 25bhp of power and 19.2Nm of torque. The engine uses a six-speed gearbox for transmitting power to the rear wheel. 2017 KTM RC 200 Features As for features, there is no new addition and it continues to sport the same equipment as on the outgoing model. In front, it gets the twin-projector headlamp cluster, daytime running lights, high clip-on-handle bar and clear windscreen.
