Description: Joe Fo has been into import drag racing dating back 10+ years. We've known him from earlier days at E-Town where he'd be out at the track with his VW. He was into the VR6 setups and years later decided to compete in the SFWD class and build a Turbo Civic. We'd known of this build and Joe took his time to setup his car and get it all done. We ran into him a few months ago at a test n tune and then interviewed him at the garage he shares with his friends. We sat down with him and were able to get his story.
