I’ve been able to spend more time with my wife and dogs, at home, doing nothing but what makes me happy for longer than I can ever remember. And most importantly, I’ve realized I’ve finally started writing music again without an agenda - instead of making music with some sort of bias like “I have a tour coming up, I have a big festival coming up, etc.” I’m really just writing music that makes me happy, and I’m writing A LOT of it. I think "Wildlife" is just the first step in what feels like a totally new chapter in the Jauz project, with a lot more of those songs coming in the near future. There will still be plenty of “bangers”, but I’m really excited to explore a side of my creative self I never really let through. So for now, expect songs, not tracks. Hope u enjoy ❤️ Sam NEW!
