Description: A journey on the Sunrise Express sleeper train from Okayama to Tokyo, Japan's last sleeper train. We travel in a B-type twin sleeper on the Sunrise Seto, the video also shows single sleepers & nobinobi berths. For information on train travel in Japan see seat61.com/Japan.htm You can use the Sunrise Express at no extra charge with a Japan Rail Pass if you make a reservation for one of the basic nobinobi berths. If you want a bed in a private sleeper you pay the room fee, around ¥7,600 for the cheapest solo, around ¥14,000 per compartment for the cheapest 2-berth for 2 people. It was immaculately clean and very comfortable, a great experience.
