The alternator belt was not replaced because my friends neighbor said the squeal noise is coming from the power steering belt. A month before i came to replace the drive belt, brakes and driver side axle. His neighbor helped to tighten the belt and that worked. The squeal noise was gone. But after a couple weeks the noise came back. I told him there are 2 belts and both should be changed at the same time.
