The mini is perfect for what I wanted to use it for, which was on the go! If you're a heavy iPad user and want something that is easier to travel or move around with, I do recommend the mini. BUT if you are looking for your FIRST iPad to use or if you are upgrading from an older model, I would say to just go for the Air or Pro instead.
