Description: Try out this intense 30 minute full body hiit workout. It is EMOM style!! (every minute on the minute). Bring your heart rate up and down to burn calories/fat while gaining muscle and getting stronger in your core, legs, and arms. Use the thought of rest as motivation to keep working hard and to get yourself through the workout. We have a dynamic stretch, 27 minutes of work, and then a cool down stretch.
