Description: Around 40 people from the environmental movement Insulate Britain on Thursday blocked Parliament Square in central London. The protesters were sitting with banners, glueing themselves to the road and causing traffic to stop near the Peers' entrance to the Houses of Parliament. Another group of around 20 activists was blocking Bridge Street. Eco protesters have been blocking UK roads for 19 days – despite at least 32 activists possibly being sentenced to up to two years in prison for their protests.
