Description: I am headed to Hawaii, so in preparation for that I am sharing this little motivational speech where I am spilling all the tea on why you should wear whatever the eff you want this summer. You may not love every part of your body, but that doesn't mean you should hide away, miss out on experiences or be uncomfortable in the heat. I see this all the time on body positive tiktok- every body is a beach body. While that is technically true it dumbs down the real emotional crisis that prevents many people from wearing what they want and feel comfortable in. Confidence isn't something you decide, its something you actively have to develop. Yes, everybody is capable of being a bikini body. The only thing stopping you from having the freedom of wearing whatever you want- is you. Call it body positive or self love or maybe just not giving two effs, but you deserve to live your best life. I hope this encourages all who watch it to start building and flexing their confidence muscle.
