Description: So listen, I am not some ulta fit, active human, so I wanted to set a 30 day challenge for myself that would actually be a challenge for ME, as someone who doesnt work out regularly at ALL, but also be something I thought I could actually do. I decided for my 30 day workout challenge to make it to walk for 30 minutes a day. In the beginning this was definitely stressful, but now we're at the end of july and I only missed 8 days this month, which is still an absolutely HUGE difference from where I was at the beginning of June.
