Description: Japchae (stir-fried Korean glass noodles) is one of my favorite side dishes at Korean restaurants! Instead of stir-frying, I actually like it just by stirring in the sauce :)! The noodles are VERY chewy, so more for slurping heheh. I mix half the sauce in first to see if I need more of it.
