Description: primitivepathways.com Billy Berger shows how using stone points for hunting helped him discover clues that revealed how prehistoric artifacts were used. When a stone point is thrown or shot at game, sometimes it will break in a very distinctive way. These breaks, called impact fractures, reveal that the point impacted a hard object at high speed, fracturing the tip and removing chips and flakes that indicate that point was used in the hunt. This video will show you how to identify these breaks in your own artifact collection.
