It hits me very strongly because sometimes we "reject" help, simply because we felt that the other person do not understand what we go through and they simply just say words to comfort or "heal" us. But truth is all we need is someone who just stand by/sit with us without even needing to speak a word and when the other person is also willing to dig deeper inside to connect and share their own inner feelings, we will both come out "better" - Not necessarily healed but comforted. We will always have these inner struggles and pain inside us, they won't just disappear. But knowing that we could let them out to "dance" once in a while with another will allow you to keep them in, yet not controlling your life. You are able to continue facing what's life has in store for you on your own, but never ALONE.
