Description: In this video, I'll show you how to insert a lifeline into your knitting. Lifelines will save your butt time and time again, so it's an important skill to have in your knitting arsenal. A lifeline is a way to unravel your work safely. You insert a piece of scrap yarn into a row of stitches. Then continue knitting normally. If you make a mistake, you can unravel your knitting to the lifeline, which is holding your stitches. Place the stitches back on the needle ... et voila! You can continue knitting without having to unravel to the beginning. Amazing! Think of a lifeline like a rewind button or knitting insurance. It's basically never a bad idea to put in a lifeline. But if disaster strikes, you'll wish that you'd put in a lifeline earlier. /// WEBSITE /// Visit sheepandstitch.com for more knitting tutorials, patterns, and fun! __________________________ /// RELATED VIDEOS /// ➜ Knitting Mistakes and How to Fix Them: youtube.com/playlist?list=PLSZARCc5KSoT2WwyArN2ItjSxr0G6spbJ ➜ How to Fix a Dropped Stitch: youtu.be/FcKrw4LcWgw ➜ How to Unravel Knitting the RIGHT way: youtu.be/lG4XdtdWUpw __________________________ /// SUBSCRIBE /// Click here to subscribe: youtube.com/subscription_center?add_user=sheepandstitch
