Description: In this video, you’ll find How to use JioCentrex self-care dashboard. Below mentioned are the steps that are explained in the video: A) 00:05 – 01:37 HOW TO MODIFY FLN-SHORTCODE? 1. Society Authorized Signatory (AS) should enter this URL - jio.com in the browser and after the page opens, click on the Business tab on the home page. 2. Society Authorized Signatory (AS) needs to log in to Society Centrex Self Care Portal using the User ID & password. 3. After entering credentials, Society Authorized Signatory (AS) should click on SIGN IN. 4. Society AS will reach on the home page. Under Service Summary, for product Society Centrex, refer column total count. Click on the number shown in that column. 5. Find your CUG id. Click on the drop down button which is in front of CUG ID. Select Manage option. 6. Click on Update FLN/ Mobile Number & Find your Fixed Line Number or Mobile number linked with respective Short Code. You will find the Edit symbol in front of the fixed line number/ mobile number. Click on the edit symbol. 7. Add the desired number you want to update and click two times on green tick button in front of the number. Then, click on Continue. 8. Click on submit button. B) 01:37 – 02:08: RESIDENT MOVING OUT OF SOCIETY/TERMINATED THE FIBER CONNECTION? 1. Follow the same steps 1 to 6 of How to Modify FLN-Shortcode, and then, remove the number you want to move out. Click two times on green tick button in front of the number and then click on Continue. 2. Click on submit button. C) 02:09 – 03:23: HOW TO ADD INTERCOM POINT (NEW TOWER OR NEW FLOOR)? 1. Society Authorized Signatory (AS) can send request to businesscare@jio.com OR can call to 1800 8899 444 toll-free customer care number 2. Email needs to be sent from Registered Email id. 3. AS needs to mention the CUG id in the mail subject line. 4. Fill up all the mandatory fields displayed in the video, to be shared across on mail. 5. HQ id and Location id also needs to be mentioned in each SR type. Society AS can find the Head Quarter ID and Billing Location ID inside Account Summary. 6. If multiple fields are there, data needs to be sent in excel.
