But there are some important differences about the best ways to study for Online Courses. One big difference is that you are on your own to manage your time. Don’t try to cram all your online courses in one day! We’ll give you some practical advice about how to break up your study time. The best method we know for this is the Pomodoro Technique. Discussion forums are the most common way you will be required to participate for your online classes, but some instructors arrange for meetings with Google Hangouts, Skype, or Zoom. Be prepared if this is the case with a webcam. You can use your phone camera in a pinch. Find a quiet place in your house to claim as your special study spot. This will help you take your online classes seriously. Every time you sit down in your study spot, you’ll be ready to work.
