Description: Asha Kirkby from SKatefresh Virtual Skate School analyses Marcela's stepping Plough stop and gives feedback and homework exercise suggestions to improve the skill. The Stepping Plough does not wear out your wheels and should be on every beginner skater's practice list and training schedule! Even the speed skaters use it because it really does work - when you do it properly. All beginner inline skaters should learn how to stop and have this as a priority before all other skills. The stepping plough stop is easier than the T-Stop and a must for anyone who was silly enough to remove their heel brake (as that's the easiest stop of all for new skaters). If you have, we recommend putting it back on and learning how to use it properly (see FREE Heel brake Lesson offered below in Beginner online courses info.
