Description: An easy 'no frills' tote bag with a simple magnetic fastening, I've used Decovil Light to stabilise, a foam or fleece would work well too. Canvas fabric is ideal as it's strong and durable, I've used Butterfly Flower cotton canvas and Lavender Purple canvas, with grey cotton for the lining. Materials from debbieshoresewing.com You will need: 28" x 10" [71cm x 26cm] patterned fabric 28" x 20" [71cm x 51cm] plain fabric 28" x 16" [71cm x 41cm] lining fabric Cut: 2 patterned pieces each measuring 14" x 10" [36cm x 26cm] 2 plain pieces each measuring 14" x 6" [36cm x 15cm 2 plain pieces for the flap each measuring 6" x 8" [15cm x 20cm] 2 plain pieces for the handles each measuring 24" x 4" [61cm x 10cm]
