Most guys go about arm training the wrong way. They spend far too much time training biceps and triceps and ignoring the big compound movements like weighted chin-ups or pull-ups and bench and shoulder presses. This is a mistake because arm size is highly limited by how big your back and chest are. Let's take me as an example. No matter how many curls or extensions I do, I can't get arms like these on my current physique. They just don't fit. I need to develop my whole body before my arms can reach that size.
