Description: Oven Hash Browns for a Crowd! This is how I make lots of hash browns for many people at once. It's so easy! SUBSCRIBE for more easy recipes: bit.ly/fifteenspatulasYT ------- Oven Hash Browns for a Crowd RECIPE: Serves 8 Ingredients: 2 (16-ounce) bags frozen shredded hash browns 1 tsp salt 1 tsp garlic powder ½ tsp ancho chile powder or paprika ½ tsp dried thyme or rosemary A few cracks of black pepper ½ cup grapeseed oil Cooking spray Directions: Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Line a half sheet pan with parchment paper, then lightly coat with the cooking spray. Pour the hash browns into a large bowl. Add the salt, garlic powder, chile powder, thyme, and black pepper, and toss to coat. Pour the oil all over, and toss again, to coat. Spread the hash browns evenly on the parchment paper, and bake for 45 minutes until golden and crispy on the edges.
