Description: Hi guys, Today i will show you how i am using markers along with colored pencils to make the drawing look better. I am using copic sketch markers and promarkers for about one month now and i got great results by combining them with colored pencils. They considerably decrease the drawing time and makes the drawings much more vibrant. Since most of the markers are not light-fast i don't recommend using them for original artworks that should last longer. or you can use light-fast watercolor or light-fast markers from winsor newton to make the under painting. In this drawing i will show you some of the techniques i am using to get most out of markers and colored pencils. But there are still a lot more techniques out there but these are the ones that i use the most. Art supplies used for this video. Paper -- Strathmore 300 series vellum paper Pencils -- Prismacolor premier colored pencils Markers -- Copic sketch markers, Letraset promarkers. soft eraser from faber castell. Time taken for the drawing --- 3hr 40 minutes.
