Description: How to Make a 3D Kaleidoscope For me, this video was more about exploring new possibilities and learning about kaleidoscopes. after a few hours of trial and error I managed to get some pretty exciting results. Soon after I managed to make "3 proof of concept" kaleidoscopes. This Dodecahedron was my first attempt with first surface mirrors. I could definitely could do a lot better having learned from the process. I learned that it's important to have a high quality glass cutter and to cut the first surface mirror from the back or the "non-coated" side. Here's a link to my original drawing in pdf format. goo.gl/nbxvQu Thank for watching!
