Description: I went from 175lbs (80kg) to 150 lbs (68kg) in 5 months by working hard, being consistent, and not giving up. Caloric deficit, lots of running to burn calories, and ate super smart. You can do it too. In this video I break down exactly that steps I took from October 2021 to March 2022 that helped me lose 25 lbs (11kg). If running doesn't work for you, try swimming, biking, elliptical, etc. Put yourself in a caloric deficit to lose weight. And be smart about what you're putting in your body.
