Description: The Kratky method, invented by Bernard Kratky, is a passive hydroponic technique for growing plants suspended above a reservoir of nutrient-rich water. I have grown Bok Choy and Cauliflower using the Kratky method. Others have been successful in growing kale, tomatoes, cucumbers and more using the Kratky method, however I find the Kratky hydroponics growing method suitable for leafy greens like lettuce, bok choy, etc. Products used in this video: 27 gallon tote: amzn.to/3IlstdP Master Blend (Combo kit): amzn.to/3s2NfJa 3 inch hole saw: amzn.to/36fGKKD 3 inch net pots: amzn.to/3BytkFc Amazon Garden shop online: amzn.to/32sZIt9 Web Site: calgardening.com Facebook: facebook.com/california.gardening Instagram: instagram.com/california_gardening Twitter: twitter.com/CalifGardening YouTube: youtube.com/CaliforniaGardening Become a patreon: patreon.com/CaliforniaGardening 00:00 Introduction 00:19 Introduction to hydroponic systems 01:07 Things needed 02:05 Setup the system 05:23 Planting 06:17 Harvest 06:46 Conclusion
