Then you’re going to lay down while making sure your phone stays flat on your lower back. Then you’re going to place your arms out like this. Then you bring your knees up towards your chest and at this point you should still feel your phone on your Lower Back. Now gently inhale and extend your legs out like this and as you extend your legs out you’re going to really have to squeeze your lower ab muscles hard during this exercise to make your Lower Back stay flat against your phone And every time you put your legs out you want to hold each rep (by using your lower abs muscles) for 2-to-4 seconds and after holding it for 2-to-4 seconds you’re going to exhale and return your knees to your chest. Now The whole time you’re holding your legs out for 2-to-4 seconds you should always feel your phone on your Lower Back the whole time because if you don’t…. THEN you WONT be working your lower abs at all which helps to flatten your stomach.
