Description: Why do tennis players often times play the ball so low over the net and risk so many errors in the net?One of the possible reasons is that they don't really see good trajectory of the ball and therefore don't really imagine it well. And we don't see good trajectory from our point of view since most of the time our eyes are way higher than the contact point and so we can't really see well how the ball goes up from the contact point. So in this video you'll see a comparison of two perspectives - one from the usual eye level perspective and another one where the camera is much lower at around contact point level. The lower level perspective will show you a much more distinct trajectory of the ball and if you can then have this perspective in your mind's eye as you're playing tennis from the baseline then it will help you visualize and execute the groundstrokes at a better trajectory and therefore play more consistently. 0:00 Intro 0:38 Eye Level Perspective 1:35 Contact Point Perspective 2:48 Eye Level Vs Contact Point 4:34 Conclusion
