So if you're going to the gym, maybe two times a week, nah, that's not for you. Most people enjoy protein bars because they're like candy bars. The excess sugar in them can increase your chances of obesity, fatty liver, hypertension, and diabetes. Any kind of sugar is going to lower your testosterone, which is not going to help you in the development of muscle. And it's not good for your erections.
