You should NEVER be discouraged, because you can take total control of your body and your health and it doesn’t have to be hard. It’s time to realize that it’s not about calories, and it’s all about reality! The reality is… Your Hormones Control are that master switches that control the way you look and feel. If you try to restrict your calories, it WILL work in the short-term, but in the long term it’s only going to mess up your hormones, deplete you willpower and lead to the never ending cycle of frustrating yo-yo diets… until you give up. It’s been almost 10 years since I hurt my back and got to my heaviest weight. If you want to stop the cycle of frustration from then you have to stop losing at “Metabolic Checkers” that’s what I call the calorie game, instead you need to start winning at ”Metabolic Chess,” or what I call the hormone game. I felt sluggish, fat, and bloated, because I was (at least by my standards). This morning I weighed in at 204.2 pounds and I feel great. That’s a net loss of 12 REAL pounds from Monday morning to Friday morning. I’ll explain more in a minute, including everything I ate. . The Kruger’s were partying and we kept it up until the end of the Super Bowl. Monday Morning I woke up and weighed in at 216.2 after my epic Super Bowl Party Weekend. We had ribs drenched in BBQ and Honey, nachos soaking in cheese sauce, drinks, and deserts. It was really fun. Skiing. Tuesday Morning: 206.2, down 10 pounds in 24 hours… Totally the hormone game. Turning down Insulin. Turning off High Blood Pressure. Wednesday Morning: 203.6 fat loss. Basketball, Easier Dunks. Thursday Morning: 201.6 - Total weight loss of 14.6 - Maddux Urgency. Later dinner… Considering extending fast until Friday Afternoon, because I was feeling great. Amazing Feast. Sweet Potatoes (The BEST CARBS) and Steak with KG Butter. Feeling great! Tryptophantastic! Cronometer says I got 323% of my daily tryptophan needs. Serotonin, Melotonin. Tryptophan is also the precursor to NAD+, one of the most important molecules for health, metabolism, and longevity. Friday Morning: 204.2 - REAL WEIGHT. Saying 16.2 would be dishonest, but now 204.2 from friday morning is the same circumstances, fasted for 12 hours. Net loss M-F = 12 REAL Pounds. Feeling Great. The key is playing abandoning Metabolic Checkers and get real with Metabolic chess. Doing the simple things it takes to move the pieces (your hormones) so that you can win easily in the short-term and the long-term. Again.
