We're living through the age of Netflix and other online streaming platforms. and just like everything else, binge watching on these platforms is becoming the new normal. But why do we binge watch, to put it simply, because it makes us feel good Don't take my word for it, according to one study, over 70% of us have positive feelings about binge watching. so It's not a bad thing after all But it's an addiction, because we feel happy about watching our favorite shows and movies, it produces a chemical called dopamine in our body and dopamine makes us feel good. I was addicted to Netflix for two years and in this video I have shared my story of how I fell victim to netflix binge watching and how it took a serious toll on my life before I could even realise it. and also the steps that I took to overcome the addiction.
