In this video, I share with you my journey from being a very awkward kid, with low self esteem, who felt inferior to other girls, to a (mostly) confident adult. Self love and confidence don't always come easy. Believe me, I know. However, I also believe that building self-confidence is something that's available to all of us. Because it doesn't require perfection of any kind. It only requires that we show up, just as we are, and be okay with that. I hope these tips will help you gain a bit more insight into how to be confident. And perhaps, to realize that no one feels confident all the time. There's room for insecurities, flaws and imperfections. As with most things in life, it's all about balance.
