Here's another long-awaited STRONG Curves workout focusing on the upper body. This upper body workout for women is going to focus on the shoulders (specifically the side deltoids), which is the most important muscle to grow if you want to sculpt an hourglass figure (aside from the booty, obviously!) and really maximise on the golden waist-to-hip ratio. My STRONG Curves workouts always focus on those hard to target areas while sculpting a strong yet feminine hourglass figure, with curves in all the right places. So we'll also be hitting the triceps (back of the arms) which is a trouble area for a lot of us and just a little bit of the chest too... but not too much because you don't want to overdo the chest exercises!
