Description: I thought I'd give shooting in the evenings a try! :) I hope you like it! Tonight we're making some simple Honey Butter Popcorn! And then we'll top it off with some crispy seaweed =P~ Let's get to it! HONEY BUTTER POPCORN Corn Kernels Honey Butter Seaweed sheet Salt (to taste) Really, there are no measurements in this recipe! You can make as much popcorn as you want, and make it as sweet/salty/buttery as you want! In one pot, start melting your butter on medium-low heat. Add in the honey, and stir until incorporated. Heat in another pot enough (vegetable) oil to cover the entire surface. Place a couple kernels to start, and then place the lid on; once they pop, then you're ready to pour in the rest of your kernels. Shake the pot while the kernels are popping so none burn. Once the frequency of pops decrease, kill the flame (while continuing to shake the pot). Once you get around 2-2.5 seconds of delay in between pops, you'll know it's ready to pour into your serving bowl. Season with salt, and then pour in your honey + melted butter mixture. For your seaweed sheet, if it's a seasoned sheet then chances are it's already crispy so start tearing it apart. If it's not crispy (yet), then you can run it through (very quickly) an open gas flame several times. Then tear into small pieces. Sprinkle this on top of your popcorn. And then dig in! Enjoy!! :)
