Description: A 'supergun' being trialled by the US military has successfully fired an artillery shell to hit a precise target at a distance of more than 43 miles (70 kilometres) away. Breaking the record for the longest precision-guided cannon shot in history, the 'extended-range cannon artillery system' was tested at a firing range in Arizona.
