Description: I am so personally blown away by the visuals! I saw the most amazingly beautiful dragons, illuminated, guarding the entrance to the kingdom of the heart. I do suggest watching the visuals, there are literally breathtaking moments. And we will all see what we individually see, based on our enculturation, conditioning, “nurture,” and of course our “nature,” our soul… Visualize your self, standing in a sun salutation, arms spread above you, absorbing the light that you are falling through. You do not have to watch the visuals, you can simply meditate, do Yoga, Reiki, lay back and close your eyes, and drift away into your center, your heart. But, I do suggest at some point, do this with the visuals. The color frequencies combined with the soundscape frequencies really opens your heart, pushing away the barriers and letting you back into your light. The Heart Chakra (Anahata) is at the very center of our being. Everything flows in and out from there, the center, your center. The audio frequencies and colors in this video are for meditating and tuning the Anahata or the Heart Chakra (green). The Heart Chakra is located on the spine in the area of the heart. It is associated with our ability to give and receive love, feel compassion and to reach out to others. It is the center of the Chakras, balancing the seven energy centers. Physically linked to heart, circulatory system, and immune system. Very important healing area. When out of balance, you may feel closed off to others, lack of self-esteem, insecure, jealous, unloved and filled with self-doubt. Key issues involving Anahata involve complex emotions, compassion, tenderness, unconditional love, equilibrium, rejection and well-being. Physically Anahata governs circulation, emotionally it governs unconditional love for the self and others, mentally it governs passion, and spiritually it governs devotion. Namaste!
