You all motivate me to stay on top of this stuff as I try to grow my gym community by spreading positive vibes through meaningful interactions at the gym and in the comments section. White color captions: information I want viewers to know. Amount of weights, my thoughts and anything not verbally communicated during the video. Blue color captions: always will be me. word for word what I’m saying to the other person. Orange color captions: usually word for word what the other person is saying to me. Orange and Blue: go Gators 🐊. If multiple people, I will add colors. I also keep it clean (no profanity) on my channel as I have a lot of younger viewers, including my kids and nephews!
