Description: Unbelievable Property, Real Estate Investors Dream/Nightmare. $100,000 for Abandoned Hoard. Sometimes the properties we tour are fascinating. This one, a compound of 13 or so hoard houses, campers, trailers and out buildings, had the feel of the Spahn Ranch (AKA Charles Manson Ranch) albeit in a different climate. There was hording in most of the 13 or so buildings on the 3 acre property that boasted multiple septic systems and water wells. The asking price was $100,000 and our offer was too low. It sold for more than asking price. It was just 3 miles from the beach so it would be a good investment for the right buyer. The clean up alone would easily be well over 10-20-thousand-dollars.
